What to bring to the training

e can’t wait to see you at our first gymnastics class of the new semester! 😊 To make sure we’re all well-prepared and comfortable during the exercises, we’ve prepared a small list of things that are worth bringing with you. This way, our training sessions will be even more effective and enjoyable. Here’s what you should have with you:

1️⃣ Comfortable sportswear – this is the foundation of any physical activity! Choose clothing that fits snugly against your body so that nothing restricts your movements. A tight-fitting t-shirt and leggings would be ideal. This way, you’ll feel free and be able to fully focus on the exercises.

2️⃣ Gymnastic anti-slip socks – safety is our priority! You will receive your first pair from us before the class! These socks will not only provide better grip but also ensure the comfort of your feet.

3️⃣ Hair tied back – if you have long hair, remember to tie it back before the class. This way, you can move freely, and your hair won’t get in the way while performing various exercises.

4️⃣ A water bottle – proper hydration is key to success! Don’t forget to bring a water bottle with you. Regular water intake will help you maintain energy and concentration at a high level throughout the class.

5️⃣ A notebook – it will be useful for jotting down progress and notes! Keeping a notebook can be a great way to track your achievements and monitor your progress.

6️⃣ A big dose of smiles – don’t forget the most important thing! A smile is the best motivation to keep going. Gymnastics is not just physical effort, but above all, it’s about having fun and enjoying movement. A positive attitude will make every training session enjoyable, and group exercises something you will eagerly look forward to!

💡 Information for AerialSilk class participants: Please wear attire that fits closely to your body, preferably with long sleeves and longer leggings. This outfit will not only provide comfort but also protect your skin from abrasions during contact with the silk.

See you soon!
