Hi, I'm Filip Sasnal and I'm here to support you on your path to success in sports gymnastics! I have been wholeheartedly dedicated to this discipline for more than 23 years, and my experience and passion are proof to me that you can really achieve a lot when you love what you do.<\/p>\n

My adventure with gymnastics began in UKS Korona Nowa Huta, and over the years I joined the ranks of Club AZS AWF Krak\u00f3w, of which I am a proud representative to this day. It was these years that allowed me to gain enough knowledge and experience to become a member of the Olympic Preparation Center in Gdansk (2015-2023).<\/p>\n

I have several titles to my credit that I am really proud of. I am the current Polish Senior Champion, an active competitor and a member of the Senior National Team in men's sports gymnastics. But that's not all-I'm also a World Cup finalist and multiple medalist at various Championships, as well as a participant in World and European Championships.<\/p>\n

As for my coaching qualifications, I am a licensed Sports Instructor with a specialization in sports gymnastics and a coach with the Polish Gymnastics Association. In addition, I teach classes at the Student Sports Club 26.<\/p>\n

I have completed courses such as \"Methodology of teaching trampoline jumping - basic level\" (2020) and participated in the \"National PZG training conference of GSK trainers and GSM trainers\" (2021). In addition, I have conducted numerous trainings on the basics of acrobatics and gymnastics for clubs and sports associations. I believe that education is the key to success, so I constantly educate myself to give my charges as much as possible.<\/p>\n

I have a great desire to share my experience and knowledge with you. Together we can work on your development and pursue your sports dreams.
