Hi I’m Adrian, your trainer at Gymnasitc.

I graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Cracow. But my adventure with the movement began much earlier. For years, my great passion has been gymnastics and acrobatics.

My 4-year experience teaching acrobatic elements in recreational groups for children aged 6 to 14 and adults has allowed me to accumulate a wealth of knowledge and skills, which I am happy to share with my charges.

What do I love about teaching? Helping you discover and perfect both basic and more challenging elements of acrobatics.

At Gymnasitc, I specialize in acrobatic and gymnastics classes, so if you want to try something new or improve your skills, I’m here for you!

In addition to my qualifications in gymnastics and acrobatics, I have also completed courses as a camp educator, snowboarding instructor, kayaking instructor and, of course, soccer. And yes, in the winter, when I’m not teaching classes at Gymnasitc, you’ll most likely find me on the slopes because I love to snowboard!
