Interview with Filip Sasnal
Gymnastic: Hi, Filip! Thank you for taking the time to chat with us. What are your impressions after Gymnastics Day at Gymnastic?
Filip Sasnal: Hi! I’m glad I could be a part of this day. It was a fantastic experience to see the smiles of the children and their enthusiasm for gymnastics!
Gymnastic: What were your impressions after conducting the training for the younger group of 5-6 year-olds?
Filip: It was pure joy! Children at this age are incredibly open and full of energy. Their enthusiasm is contagious. I wanted the training to be not only about learning but also a lot of fun. I introduced some games to lighten the atmosphere. It’s very important in sessions with this age group to combine "fun with useful." I think we succeeded, and the children left smiling, enriched with new sports skills.
Gymnastic: And how was the work with the 7+ group? What differences did you notice?
Filip: In this group, the children are more aware of their bodies and can focus better on technique. We could introduce more advanced exercises and develop their skills further. I really enjoyed how they reacted to the challenges!
Gymnastic: How would you assess the skill level of the children in these groups? Are there any differences?
Filip: Yes, definitely! In the 5-6 age group, the children are more spontaneous, which makes everything more fun. In the 7+ group, you can already see greater technique and a willingness to learn. You can feel that the children truly want to develop!
Gymnastic: What do you think about organizing such events at Gymnastic?
Filip: I think it’s a great idea! Such events bring together children, parents, and coaches, creating a wonderful atmosphere that promotes learning and fun. It’s also a perfect opportunity to show how much joy gymnastics can bring.
Gymnastic: What do you think is the most important aspect of gymnastics training for children?
Filip: It’s crucial for children to feel confident and to enjoy movement. Gymnastics is not only about technique but also about developing coordination, flexibility, and strength. It’s important for each child to discover their abilities and have fun while doing so.
Gymnastic: Finally, what would you say to parents who are considering enrolling their kids in Gymnastic?
Filip: It’s definitely worth it! Gymnastics is a great way to develop overall fitness and also a starting point for new friendships. Let the kids try it and discover how much joy movement can bring!
Gymnastic: Thank you, Filip! This was a great conversation. We’re looking forward to more events at Gymnastic Modlniczka!
Filip: Thanks! I’m also looking forward to more ideas!
